Following feedback on the original submission, the proposals have been updated to improve how the development sits within its surroundings. The store has been repositioned further away from the A629 roundabout to create a wider landscaped buffer, with additional tree planting across the site, including within the car park. The external materials have also been revised to better reflect nearby buildings, incorporating pitched buff stone and stone render. These changes are intended to enhance the appearance of the development and its relationship with the local area.
