New employment units for Skipton

The planning application proposes new employment units which are intended to attract start-up businesses, or existing smaller local businesses looking for modern space.

Our planning application will seek outline planning permission for up to 1,545 sqm of employment space. Detailed plans for the exact size and design of the commercial units will come forward at a later date. This enables flexibility to respond to commercial demand, allowing us to tailor space to the needs of future occupiers.
We estimate that up to 35 jobs could be accommodated in the employment units.
